How do I book your services?

Simply send us a WhatsApp message or call, and we’ll guide you through our consultation and booking process.

How much deposit is required to confirm a booking?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date; the remaining balance is paid before the event.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, mobile money.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we can arrange flexible payment options for early bookings.

COUNSELLING

Are the grief counseling, pre-marriage education and counselling part of the funeral and wedding package or separate services?

They can be included in your funeral or wedding package or booked separately, depending on your family’s needs

DECOR

Do you only decorate for weddings and funerals?

No, we also provide décor for birthdays, corporate events, engagements, baby showers, and more

Can you design based on my theme or color scheme?

Yes, our décor is fully customizable — we work closely with you to bring your vision to life.

Do you have standard prices for décor?

Since each client has unique preferences, we don’t have fixed prices for décor. However, we are preparing three sample décor packages to help clients choose easily based on their budget and style preferences.

FUNERALS

What do your funeral services include?

We provide full funeral planning, coordination, décor, and grief counseling support to help families honor their loved ones beautifully and stress-free.

Can you plan within short notice?

Yes. Our team is trained to manage urgent funerals professionally, even within a few weeks.

GENERAL

Do you provide tents, chairs, sound systems and other items needed for the events?

We collaborate with trusted suppliers to provide all logistics if needed.

Do you offer training for aspiring event planners?

Yes, we run the Dreamscape Events Training Program — a practical course on planning, coordination, décor, and business setup.

Will I receive a certificate after the training?

Yes, participants receive a Certificate of Completion signed by our Founder and CEO.

Can I intern with Dreamscape after training?

Outstanding students are offered internship or assistant opportunities at real events.

WEDDINGS

What services do you offer for weddings?

We offer full wedding planning, month of coordination, décor styling, to help you create a stress-free and memorable celebration.

Can you work with my budget?

Yes, we customize our packages to fit your budget and priorities while maintaining quality and elegance.

How early should I book my wedding planning and decor with you?

Ideally, 9–12 months in advance to secure your preferred date and vendors for planning and 3-6 months for décor

How early should I book for your coordination service?

Ideally about a month to the event. This will give us time to understand all the bookings you’ve done, interact with vendors and visit venues etc before the production day.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, we plan and coordinate weddings anywhere in Ghana and beyond.

Can you handle both the traditional and white wedding?

Absolutely! We plan, decorate and coordinate both events seamlessly to reflect your culture and love story.

Who conducts the premarital sessions?

Our Founder and trained counselors work alongside faith-based and certified relationship experts to guide couples with care and confidentiality.

Can we attend the sessions even if we’re not using Dreamscape as our wedding planner?

Yes! Our premarital program is open to all couples preparing for marriage.
